We will primarily communicate with you both through the Janssen CarePath account you are creating, and via email. Communications you receive will include information relating to Janssen CarePath, important program updates, notifications when new information is available in your account, and any optional requests you may select below. You can also choose to receive such communications via a secondary email address, text message, fax and/or phone call.

SMS text messaging is available for select programs. To use SMS text messaging, you will need to have provided your mobile phone number. You can always add a mobile number to your account profile.
